They were informative and clear. Given the good rate they offered for the replacement and the attractive warranty that came with it, I decided to have them do the job. They did top notch work. I hired ELM to replace a small section of our leaking roof and am happy with the quality of work, competitive pricing, and timeliness of completion. Sean was a pleasure to work with and coordinated same-day water proofing of the area and for work to begin just a couple days later. Subsequent to this work, Sean was willing to go out of his way to investigate a separate permitting/violation issue with the city for roof damage caused by a neighboring apartment fire. While this is still in progress, I’m grateful for the time and effort spent as it’s beyond what was necessary to offer.
