GAF Shingle Roof Replacement – Waterhouse Rd, Oakland

This residential roofing project included the full replacement of approximately 1,200 sq ft of asphalt shingles, along with a complete 1/2” OSB plywood re-deck. We installed a full GAF roofing system featuring Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment, Timberline HDZ RS shingles, matching hip and ridge shingles, and starter strips. The scope also included new roof jacks, metal flashing, caulking, and color-matched sheet metal. The project was completed with full debris removal and site cleanup.
