Roof Replacement on Sunny Dr, San Anselmo

Our team completed a full asphalt shingle roof replacement on a 3,600 sq ft home in San Anselmo. The project included tearing off up to two layers of existing roofing down to the sheathing, inspecting and repairing damaged wood as needed, and installing new GAF Tiger Paw synthetic underlayment. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ RS composition shingles, along with all new metal flashing, roof jacks, and vent pipes, which were primed and painted to match. The job was finished with ridge shingles, a starter course along the edges, and detailed caulking for a watertight seal. All debris was removed upon completion, leaving the property clean and ready to enjoy.
