PVC Roof Replacement – Toyon Ln, Sausalito, CA

This 2,800 sq ft flat roof replacement on Toyon Lane in Sausalito involved removing an aging torch-down system and installing a new high-performance PVC roofing system. The project included full tear-off, substrate preparation, and necessary wood deck repairs.

To improve drainage, we re-sloped the roof using ISO insulation boards, followed by installation of a fully adhered PVC membrane with hot-air welded seams. All penetrations were sealed with new flashing, pipe boots, and sealant pockets. The project was completed with final inspections to ensure watertight performance and long-term durability.
