Presidential TL Shingle & Torch Down Roof Replacement – San Francisco

This roof replacement project covered 3,600 sq ft, including a 600 sq ft torch down section. For the main roof, we installed CertainTeed Presidential TL shingles (Autumn Blend) over synthetic underlayment, with new flashing, vent bibs, and code-compliant ventilation. Hip and ridge shingles and metal edge were also added.

The flat section received a full 3-ply CertainTeed Flintlastic torch down system with new drainage, base and mid layers, and granulated top layer. All work included proper flashing, metal trim, and was completed with city inspection and full cleanup.
