Roof Replacement on 42nd St, Oakland CA

This Oakland project involved a full roof replacement covering approximately 2,000 sq ft across two roof sections. We removed up to two layers of existing asphalt shingles, cleaned the roof deck, and made wood repairs where needed. For the 1,600 sq ft pitched roof, we installed GAF synthetic underlayment and Landmark asphalt shingles, along with all new flashing, jacks, and ridge caps. The flat 400 sq ft section was completed using a durable 3-ply torch-down system with CertainTeed granulated modified bitumen. Both areas received detailed finish work and thorough cleanup for a complete, professional result.
